ps4 connect failed

when i put the code to connect to ps4 and then press on the verify button..it says expired or invalid code..despite that it wasnt more than 2 minutes untill i logged the code in my ps4 profile bio..when i ask for a new code..it gives me the same code and the same error..what should i do?
