Missing Game Code / Misleading Reward Email
User received an email stating "Your new monthly game code is now in your inventory," but only a profile skin is visible in the inventory. Clicking the item does not reveal a code. This may be related to the known "No Game code" error or a misleading email notification. User email: [email protected]
