NFT in inventory does not allow withdrawal

First, I got an error when trying to claim the reward to my Chainers wallet. Now it's asking for a different wallet to claim it. I selected MetaMask, and now I have the reward in my gam3s.gg inventory, but when I try to withdraw the NFT, it won't let me and I get a "Not allowed while impersonated" message on the continue button. This is all so frustrating.
