Cant withdraw

Hello, I registered on your website using Google and topped up my g3 Wallet balance. When I click the Withdraw button, I am prompted to link my wallet, but when I do so, my balance drops to 0. Please advise how I can withdraw these funds?

    Hello @u0679006329 I would like to know on which wallet did you sent your asset to, was it on your own wallet or the G3 SMART WALLET?
